Having problems getting financed...we may be able to HELP!

In todays market lenders have tightened the belt and have more stringent guidelines for lending to those consumers that would like to buy a home.  THG Realty believes that folks sometimes deserve a second chance.  If you have been turned down by banks but have money to put down then our fallback financial program may be able to get you into a new home. Here are some of the program qualifications:

• Stable Job History
• To have an income of at least 3 times the monthly payment
• Ability to make down payment
• Stable payment history on past residence(s)
• Bank account(s)
• Interested in purchasing the home within 24 month period

The following must be submitted along with lease application(s):

• $35 non-refundable application fee per applicant (cashiers check or money order)
• Copy of drivers license for each applicant
• Copy of two most recent paycheck stubs for each applicant
• Self employed must provide copies of past two years most recent tax returns
